Marisa Peer is a British therapist known for her creation of the ‘I Am Enough’ movement and as the founder of (RTT®), a solution-based treatment therapy that has changed the lives of many using psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy, neuroscience, and neuroplasticity to deliver results. She is a transformational leader, a keynote speaker, and a best-selling author.
In this interview, Marisa discusses how she discovered that so many human issues we face (even ones we believe are physical) may often be overcome by simply addressing the core emotional issues at the heart of the problem. Once the underlying emotional issue has been addressed, often the problem is resolved.
Peer mentions the effectiveness of RTT® in areas of Infertility, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Hoarding, Overeating, and Bulimia, as well as others. Often the overwhelming feeling she uncovered her patients having is the belief in the statement, “I’m not enough” when it came to their self-worth.
