LIVE EVENT REFUND POLICY

RISK-FREE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. Call The Journey Principles Institute (JPI) Client Care Department at least 30 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible. If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, contact our Client Care Department. We will convert your enrollment to a non-refundable Transform U Live or Transform U Virtual Plus voucher which must be used within one year from your original registration event. Some restrictions apply. A complimentary enrollment is valid for the event date listed in the electronic confirmation only and is non-refundable/non-transferable.

Refund

Once the event commences, customers seeking a refund after a half-day of training, content, or presentation will need to visit our Client Care Department during intermission to be refunded the unused portion of the registration but also understand they will no longer be able to attend the balance of the event.

At your option, we will apply your tuition to any Stephen Scoggins | Journey Principles Institute Inc. event, or send you a full refund. Simply turn in your Peak Performance Box to a (JPI) Client Care Department at the Live Customer Service Desk or Virtual Customer Service Desk. Sponsored enrollments are not eligible for a refund.
