Homeless at 15. Upwards of a Nine-figure companies by his 40s. And a multiple moments where all of it almost broke him. What Stephen learned on the other side of that fracture is what he now teaches.
Stephen Scoggins is a faith-driven entrepreneur, speaker, and author who helps leaders integrate strength and humility to build businesses and lives that truly last. From homelessness to creating multiple companies, one reaching upwards of 9-figures in annual revenue and a successful exit in 2023, Stephen’s story proves that when you align One Part Lion (courage, clarity, bold action) with One Part Lamb (humility, compassion, surrender), transformation is not just possible, it’s inevitable.
I grew up with nothing. I built companies from construction sites. I scaled a company to upwards of 9-figures in annual revenue. I did my best to led hundreds of people across multiple states. And in the middle of all of it, there was a season where everything cracked.
Not because of incompetence. Because the leader had not yet been built to carry what the business was becoming.
I had been operating as pure Lion. Strong, driven, relentless, and quietly fragmented inside. What I had to learn, and what I now help other leaders learn, is how to integrate the Lamb. The surrender. The emotional intelligence. The grounded spiritual anchor. The wisdom to stop carrying what was never mine to carry.
That integration did not slow me down. It made everything I built actually sustainable. And it is what I bring into every room I work in.
For over two decades I built and scaled multiple organizations, led hundreds of people, and navigated growth and pressure across industries. But scaling companies was never the real achievement. Learning how to lead without losing myself was.
The breakthrough that changed everything was not financial. It was structural and spiritual. I had to learn to integrate courage with humility. Vision with presence. Execution with emotional steadiness. Faith with disciplined strategy.
That integration reshaped my leadership. And it is what I now help others build.

Where immersive live and virtual events meet an ongoing leadership community built around disciplined integration rhythms, structural playbooks, and spiritual grounding. Not a peer group for surface networking. A high-accountability environment for leaders who are done doing this alone.
High-capacity leaders rarely fail because they lack intelligence, talent, or conviction. They fail because they over-carry. They absorb responsibility without processing pressure. They default to force when they’re exhausted or to softness when they’re uncertain. They oscillate between performance and passivity, rarely inhabiting both strength and surrender at the same time.
They are strong externally but fragmented internally.
Integrated leadership is the disciplined embodiment of both Lion and Lamb courage and compassion fused into one coherent posture. It is not balanced in the abstract. Structural alignment stabilizes identity, clarifies decision-making, and protects the leader from fracture.
When integration takes place, teams become steadier. Culture becomes healthier. Pressure becomes manageable. Influence becomes sustainable. Legacy becomes possible.
