Decide who gets a copy, then tell us where to send them
One Part Lion, One Part Lamb. Work at your own pace and come back whenever you like. Your list saves as you go and nothing is sent until you press Submit. Every copy ships directly to the person, with their name on the package.
You bought copies for other people. That already puts you in a small group.
Here is the part nobody warns you about. Choosing who gets one is harder than it sounds. The first handful are obvious. Somewhere around two thirds of the way down, it stops being obvious and starts being a real decision about who matters to you and why.
That is not a task to do between meetings. Set aside half an hour and something to drink.
This is a set of questions built to surface people you would not have reached on your own, because the person who most needs this book is almost never the first name that comes to mind. At the end you will add shipping details and we take it from there. Nothing is sent until you press Submit.
Four quick things, so the exercise fits the way you actually lead and we can match your list to your purchase.
If your list came up short, this is where the rest of it is. Sit with each one longer than feels comfortable. Names you add here go into the same list.
Here is everyone you named.
Before you add shipping details, take a copy for yourself. Nothing has been sent anywhere yet.
Look back at what you wrote.
Some of those names took thirty seconds. Some took the whole exercise to surface, and those are usually the ones who have gone the longest without anybody noticing them.
A book is a small thing. What is not small is being seen by someone who did not have to.
I have watched what that does to a person. It is almost never about the book.
When you are ready, the names go into your portal and we take it from there. Every copy ships directly to the person, with their name on the package, not to you in a box.
Thank you for doing this properly. Most people would not have.
One address per person. Skip anyone you do not have details for yet, and add them later from your confirmation email. Nothing is sent until you press Submit on the next screen.
Paste a column of names, or paste name and address columns straight from a spreadsheet. Tab or comma separated. Order: Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Postal, Country, Email, Note.
So we can confirm the order and send you tracking.
Prefer to handle it yourself? Export to Excel works without submitting anything. Your list downloads to your own device and nothing is transmitted.
Your generosity may have saved a leader's future for good. That is not an exaggeration. It is almost never about the book.
